Seems reasonable to me.  The holes for the head studs look smaller than a TR
(the Fergie had 7/16" studs instead of 1/2") and the manifold studs are the
wrong pattern.  But I can't seem to find a photo of that side of a Fergie
motor, so I'm just guessing.
