If the prefix is FC, then according to my information the engine would be an
1147.

Morning Members,

Need some help IDing a potential 1300 small crank Spitfire engine.
Casting # is FC72027HE, owner says it has a 1 1/2" across the flats
measurement on the crank bolt too. It's cheap but the freight is going
to kill me if it's not a small crank 1300 so any help is appreciated to
make sure it's what I want prior to shipping it.
