How about snow and ice build up in freezing weather..talk about an out of balance condition..... whoopee.

=============
I like sidewalls on my tires, they keep water and rocks out of the
spinning tires! Imagine going slowly through a puddle, wouldn't the
thing collect the water and chuck it around?

I did some research on these in the late 90's and contacted Michelin
as to their release date for production.
At the time I was trying to find a lightweight spare for the 3
generation Grand Cherokee, but they could not give me a date.
Would make a good spare, but I don't think the public's ready to
accept it.
