[Fot] Harness recycling

While cleaning shop today, I moved a pile of expired harnesses onto a  
shelf right next to the new tie-downs I just bought.
IDEA...  The used [useless] harnesses will make for great "over the  
tire" tie downs. Surprised I never thought of it before and also  
surprised I've never seen such. Eager to get them mounted. If I lose  
a car I'll be sure to let you all know.

By the way,
My UPS guy offerd me 2 TR6's ['76 complete and with hardtop, '74  
roller with everything in boxes] for $3000. I'm not interested in  
advertising them &/or fielding a bunch of inquiries but would be  
willing to take a look for a FoT.
