[Fot] Assen race

I seem to remember a Plus 8 Morgan at the 2004 VIR Gold Cup Triumph event 
that acted similarly. He couldn't stand being out braked by lowly TR4's so 
he would dive deep into the turns only to spin. I watched him spin 3 times, 
twice in one race. In our racing group, CVAR, you get a stop and go for the 
first one, and are parked for the second one. This guy got to keep driving 
with no penalties.
