The pedestals for roller rockers will work with stock rocker arm - just need
more spacers to locate the arm over the valve tips.B I do make billet
aluminumB pedestals.B I custom make them to compensate for milled heads (high
compression) to get proper alignment.B I also make a thick walled hardened
rocker shaft.B If there is an interest I will take orders and make a run.B

Subject: [Fot] Spitfire & TR6 rocker pedestals

Amici,

Over the years probably one of the biggest problems we've had with
engines we build for Susan's Spitfire is the outer rocker pedestals
breaking due to the forces involved with the high lift cams.

Currently I'm not aware of any sources for aftermarket pedals for use
with stock rocker arms. B So the question is other than roller rockers
are there any aftermarket pedestals available for the Spitfire & TR6
engines?

Thanks!
