[Fot] Spitfire Differentials

Sitting here in the snow daydreaming about projects. Has anybody stumbled upon
a differential conversion for the Spitfire similar the Nissan 300ZX setup?
Also is anybody autcrossing a Spitfire using a welded diff? hows it working
out for you?
