Yes!  I've currently got a Fidanza alloy wheel behind a nearly stock TR3
motor, and I love it.

Yes, but that's almost certainly what you have.  "Low port" heads were only
found on TR2 and early TR3.  See

I believe it is illegal to drive it on the street though, unless you can
find race gas that has had the road taxes paid on it.
