If it is a Moldex, you can send it back to Moldex for repair. I sent one to
them some years ago. Just be prepared to wait for a while for them to fix it.
They made a new one for me in shorter time than to repair the cracked one.

This is good to know....for everyone....we have a billet crank that will
become an end table otherwise.

Thank you very much for the answer Greg and Dave.

With Greg's recommendation I used Armando to do the work on a stock TR4
crankshaft which I'm about to put in my first TR race engine. All he does is
crankshafts. At the same time he was working on my crank, he was doing few
250 V-12 Ferrari, a few V-12 Lamborghini, numerous 356, 911, and 911 RSR,
906,
908s and other Porsche cranks as well as a flat head Ford crank. His
customers
are from all around the country. Some were getting cracks repaired. There was
a sea of crankshafts in his shop. He took about 5 weeks to do the work, but I
was in no hurry. Armando was a pleasure to do business with and he is very
enthusiastic and proud of his work.
