Well it's gonna still be the same threads.  If you get ham handed then  
it's helicoil time.  A most imperfect solution in my opinion.
 
I stud mine to postpone that aggravation but it only buys time.  They  are 
made of alloy colored cheese after all.
 
I suppose a CAD-CAM shop could reproduce the whole thing for us at a  
reasonable price but why would they bother for such a small  market?
