[Fot] Better rear seal

After this mornings discussion I got playing around and made a jig for  
converting our rear seals to a better and cheaper seal.  I was able to  convert 
four of them, all I had, available for thirty Dollars exchange with the  
ten Dollar seal installed.
 
Obviously not going to fund my retirement but if I can get enough of the  
rear plates to do in one go it could be worth it for the beer money.
 
Oddly, I'd have thought I could find dozens of those plates around but four 
 was all I could come up with....
