There are a number of suppliers that sell cams ground on new chilled 
cast iron blanks - TSI Imported, Intergral Cams.  The blanks usually 
have to be bought in large lots.  Ask them if they will sell you a 
blank.  Please let me know what you find out.  I'll be in the market for 
these in the near future.
