I can answer the question about the Kastner Cup at Heartland Park, Topeka,  
Kansas in 2010.  It will effectively be very similar to CVAR.   There will 
likely be a few minor changes to accommodate some special cars and or  some 
minor differences between the various Regional Vintage Organizations.
