[Fot] top end lean w/ webers

I ended up with 135 mains and 135 air correction in my 42 DCOE's with
36 mm chokes.  I have F16 emulsion tubes.  I started at 200 with the
air correction, so went down quite a bit there to keep gas going at
the top end.
