[Fot] Survey: TR3-4 camshaft breakage

Thanks all.

The cam sheared right at the front of the distributor gear, this was a
regrind btw. This survey was just to see if this was an isolated incident.

 It's a bummer since the car was sitting on the overall pole with room for
improvement. Unfortunately, most of the competition saw failures (some
catastrophic) and by the end of the qualifying race today,  only 1 car from
the original top 4 was still running by the end of it.

Curious to know where Larry Young is getting his new blanks from and what he
thinks of their quality. The biggest issue I see is getting the distributor
drive gear correct.
