Kas,

 

Just letting you know that we got hold of the BOSCH fuel pump. It is was a
Porsche; Bosch Pump 984;

Pierburg Brand.

 

We got it into the TR6 along with changing the injectors. Got the car
qualified etc. so that our 12 car Team was ready to go on the Sunday.

 

In the  wash up, 1 team of 6 cars finished 1st place out of 220+ cars (43
teams of all makes/models, modern &old). Winning by a few hundred meters
after 6 hours of racing!!!!!

Our second team  had 2 cars drop out. One through clutch failure and the
other was run into!. This team still managed to finish 7th! So a great day
for Triumph! Especially on the 50th anniversary year!

The Bosche numbers I have are: 0580 24909  and the other which is more
expensive (a lot more) but I don't think any more effective, 0580 24996.
