[Fot] e-mail problem

I hate to bomb the group with this problem, but i have several months
of FOT e-mails that i cannot access and there are several that i
really need.

For some reason beyond my comprehension, my outlook express
created a second in box and will not let me into my
old one.  it is still in the outlook express location.  My tech support
people don't know what to do.

Can anybody in the group suggest a fix or a source for tech help
that can?    Thanks
