i run redline and have had similar problems
leaks at the top of the box come from either or both the shift rail seals
and the reverse and OD switches . If you dont need the switches remove and
plug up . If you need them replace the small o ring on the plunger by taking
the switch apart or get a new one . Seal the switch body into the casing
with Loctite thread sealant.
The shift rail o rings are replace by dismantling the cover as described in
the manual . put some heavy duty grease on them when you install .
i have found the welsch plugs very seldom leak
Having done these things no more leaks and great oil
