[Fot] setting sleeves/barrels

[MadMarx]

I slip in the sleeves by hand, no tools required.
Then I install the head give about 80 percent of the toque on the head nuts.
After that I measure the protrusion.

FoTrs; I realize i am probably beating a dead horse to the majority of you
on
this subject, but what is the proper seating pressure one should aim for
when
setting the sleeves into the block to measure the deck to liner clearance.
Do
you let the sleeves set naturally on the figure 8s with slight pressure or
no
pressure or ???......Thank You in advance. Trying desperately for Rose Cup
in
