He means Rocker Arm Specialist, Anderson, CA. You can find 'em with a Google 
search. I have not used them for lifter work. I've used Integral Cams, 
http://www.integralcams.com/, and not yet had a problem. His prices for a 
hardness check and a regrind have skyrocketed though.

I called Rocker Arm specialists and they still charge $2.50 each - such a deal. I wish I hadn't thrown all those old lifters away, I would love to send two sets just to have a spare set on the shelf.
