Hoover went to Australia and got his license so he could continue to fly airshows.  

Age is an arbitary benchmark for making policy. 

Wiry little shit with eyes like an eagle.  kinda like Yeager. These guys are in a category by himself/  age doesnt seem to have much to do with it.
