[Fot] Hans Devices

For anyone considering getting a Hans,be sure to g et it with the sliding
tethers.  Otherwise you cannot turn your head to the side much at all.
Found this to be very inconvenient when I went off track and literally had
to turn the car to face the oncoming traffic to see when I could get back on
-- fortunately this was at Portland and I was a ways off the track in the
grass.  The tethers let you turn.
