Walt,
Yes they are the same.
The 15x7" wheels we use on the front and back are 0 offset. I don't know
about 6" wheels.

For my TR6 racecar project I am in need of some wheels. I am thinking
Panasport type 15X6s in front and 7s in the rear (fender wells have been
slightly flared). 
I seem to remember that Datsun 240/260/280 wheels were a similer bolt patern
and offset. Can anyone  confirm this? 
If anyone in FOT has some wheels they wish to sell at a fair price I am
interested.
