So the old man goes in for his usual checkup...The receptionist is always rude
to him and embarrasses him greatly...This time he is prepared for her.....
When he approaches the receptionist she blurts out  loudly   "Well Mr. Jones,
I suppose you're having trouble with your bowel movements again"!

He replies...."Nope..I'm here for a sex change operation, but I don't want the
same doctor that did yours!"
