It looks like it is mostly concerned with commercial and home fire systems
but they do have some Halon substitute systems that I suppose could be
adapted to cars.

Just got an Email from a Brit trying to restore some old US racer.  He  
says it has a Phoenix fire suppression system and is looking for contact  
information and details.  I well remember the name, anyone know if they're
still 
around or what he can do??
