Hello  every one  I am hoping some one can help with a circuit  that I would
like to make.
  I picked up a junk yard throttle body sensor and it attaches nicely to the
Webber throttle shaft Currently it drives a cheapo   0 to 15 volt  meter and
is placed so the video camera can show real time throttle position  but the
sun light washes out the dial and its useless.
  a sequential  LED display with 5 or 6   lights would work well for the
camera
  BUT  I have no clue on how to build it        thanks        rob
