[Fot] need directions for installing Greg Solow's sandwhich plate

Can anyone provide directions on which fittings I will need?  Is it a 90
and a 120?  I talked to Greg when I ordered it, but I lost my notes.
Also, is there a way to make sure I have it installed with the correct
side facing the block?
 
I'll also try calling the engine room, but don't know if he answers on
Fridays.
