Homologatiuon papers are available direct from the RACMSA for a charge. 
www.racmsa.co.uk

I have a copy somewhere if i can find them, but for sure 45 DCOE Webers were 
homologated by Graham Robson in 1963 (if i remember correctly) for the TR4 
rally cars. Contact me off list if you need help.
