[Fot] TR4 I-J scraper

I recently asked for input from TR3/4 racers who have run the I-J
scraper/windage screen combo. Thanks to all that responded.

My concern was the lifters appear to have taken a beating in the short
time this engine was run, and I was wondering if the I-J scraper/windage
combo might be too effective at reducing the windage cloud, robbing the
cam and lifters of needed lubrication.

My concern appears to be unfounded. YMMV...
