Not really. If you have too much flow, for example if you use a big
line instead of a restricted one, then the oil won't drain fast
enough. So don't do that. A big line will also rob pressure and volume
from the bearing, which need the oil a lot more. Supplemental oiling
is meant to keep the shaft and rocker arm bushings in good shape. But
they are relatively cheap parts that can be easily replaced.
