[Fot] Hamilton appeal denied

I have a friend who was a former factory F1 driver and is still well
connected within the F1 community and his comment was "this FIA penalty is
the equivalent of NASCAR's 'debris on the track yellow flag', ie, keeping
the competition close to maintain interest in the points race."
