[Fot] Electric Fan Location

It doesn't matter too much since the fan is only effective at low
speed. It's a very good idea to mount the fan behind the radiator,
since installing it in front blocks airflow too much (as I found to my
dismay). I wouldn't use the plastic "through the radiator" mounts
since they can eventually cause a leak. the plastic can't abrade the
metal, but dust that gets between the metal and the plastic can.

A lot of the triumphs that exclusively race have no fan, or a small
fan to keep the temperature in bounds on the grid.
