Hi Bill...if you are near Lime Rock, the VSCCA is the one to join.....you  
can visit our website at _WWW.VSCCA.ORG_ (http://www.vscca.org/)  and check out 
the rules, car  eligibility, events and so forth....I have been a member since 
1979...we run  cars made prior to 1960....generally we have 4-6 events at 
Lime Rock each year,  1 event at Watkins, several hillclimbs a year, and several
