Jerry,
According to the Triumphtune Manual they springs are as follows,
Fronts
TR4A/TR5/TR6
312 lbs, 6.75" fitted length
Rears
TR4A 280 lbs 8.2" fitted length
TR5 320 lbs 8.4" fitted length
TR6 late 354 lbs 8.81 fitted length
That last spring shows to raise the ride height to 9.0 in a TR4A
