[Fot] Playing around

Geeze Kas, what's not to miss?
Three foot dumps any time between late Oct and early Apr?
The need to use an air chisel or blow torch to get the ice off the
windshield?
The natural gas meters spinning at dizzying rates?
The need for a wardrobe that would keep an Eskimo warm?
Needing snow tires AND regular ones? (And no, all seasons are not just as
good as studded snow beaters!)
  Minimal daylight hours? (Think SAD)
The maintenance on the plow or snow blower?(You could get a snowmobile for
fun, but if you think your race car takes a lot of TLC,.......)
Strains, pains, and heart attacks from shoveling snow?
Getting frostbite from just going to the mailbox?

Oh well, one of these days I may head south for the winter. Just can't
find a way to drag my 100 acres of land with me.
  Stay warm.
Happy Veteran's day to all that served. Rememberance Day for our Canadian
friends.
Bill Tobin Erie, PA (Only 5 inches snowfall today!)
