I presume you mean the track itself for the Vintage Race Weekend on Sept..

They have been since we have been going.
My son brings his German Sheppard and we've been regularly
bringing our Yorkshire Terrier.

I don't know if the track allows dogs for other events such as NASCAR which 
would
involve much larger crowds.
