[Fot] Trying to mount an electric fan on a high density radiator

The other thing that you're missing is that the electric radiator
turns at its design speed all the time its running. The fan connected
to the crankshaft spins at the engine speed - which means, especially
in a race situation, that it's usually turning much faster than it
was designed for, and is mostly wasting energy instead of moving
air (the blades are just 'stalling').
