Triumph owners aside!  I was talking of the people who never buy new cars
because (I can't afford it) and likewise buy a junker and drive it until the
wheels fall off without putting any money into maintenance (including oil
changes).  I am talking about the beaters that are are leaving a smoke
screen reminiscent of the old DDT sprayers I used to see in my youth.
