...and it's still sitting on the shelf getting dusty.

I will second you Henry.

When running an MSD you will actually need 3 units.

One on the car.

One in the spares box.

One back at MSD for repair.

I don't know how they got such a sterling reputation.

   I have become a firm believer that MSD stands for Might Suddenly Die,

   boxes are the cause for countless DNF's, and the only value they add 
is to
  give you a rev limiter.

   The only rev limiter I use is my right foot, but I will admit it 
doesn't
