The SP-006 are more of street rating..lower spring pressure( 100lbs seat 
pres.--260lbs/inch.....The SP-116 are race type with115lbs seat and 
320lbs/inch....there's also a slight diff in the inner spring OD/ID sizes.The outers are 
same OD/ID size.
