[Fot] HS6 float bowl cross bolt

I had the same problem, and then found that others had this problem 
as well. I solved mine by drilling out the carb body and float bowl 
and putting in a larger bolt, hoping for a longer duration between failures.

The worst part is it screws up the mixture and you can't drive fast 
enough to get away from the fire.
