[Fot] FRANK LAND Quick Change Rear End - IRS ????

FoT,

I am going to be looking at a quick change rear that I have acquired.  It is 
an IRS style with TR-250 modified axles attached to it.

I have no plans for it, but wanted to look it over and learn something from 
it.  

Does anyone have specific knowledge of these rear ends? I did find a website.
