Awful news.  Met the Jack once at Hallet and was greatly impressed.  Had several very helpful phone conversations and did a number of pleasant business transactions with him. Extremely knowlegeble and a true gentleman.
 
Jack, along with Joe Alexander, are the heart and soul of FOT and our small group, along with his family and friends, have suffered a greivious loss.
