[Fot] TR 4 on eBay

Looks like it had at least a shunt to the right front corner in its past.
Appears clean rust-wise, but I wonder what's under the paint and what the
actual mileage is? It's amusing to see what dealers try to extract from the
iron they peddle. I still remember TR3 and 4s as cars that were pretty much
given away when they stopped running back in the late 60's, early 70's.

As Barret Jackson teaches, a fool and his/her money can be quickly parted.

Anyone know anything about this TR4 on eBay in Houston (item #
270229092477)?  I know the guy's info is not all correct (like 10,246
miles!) but it looks like it has a VTR sticker on the rear window.

 

Comments?  This past weekend the Red River Triumph Club (Dallas/Fort Worth)
had the VTR regional convention in Tyler. It was a great event but I had no
car as my TR3 is disassembled.  I'm looking for something to drive on the
street.
