Great pleasure in this nomination....Florida guy with a 1963 TR4 with family 
near Road America. 

Phil plans to join us at Watkins Glen as our guest.....his car prep on an 
existing TR4 Race Car is going forth with an eye toward driver's school in June, 
but not likely to bring it to the Glen...this year.
