Got a nice call from Dick Stockton.....as you may remember, he and his TR4 
used to nip at the heels of Kas' cars and Tullius'. Perhaps a bit more than that 
from time to time.

He got his TR4 back several years ago, and his final step to take it to it's 
former glory was to paint in the BLACK, that he raced it with..............he 
will be at The Glen, of course.

Dick's TR4 being one of the many cars with provenance that will be seen this 
glorious weekend in September.  Sounds like a photo opportunity.....TR250K, 
Ambro, Peyote, Thunderboldt, Peerless.  Historical TR3s TR4s, TR6s, TR8....the 
Le Mans TRS...and a TR4 we think is one of the 12 Hours of Sebring cars.  

Dont forget Triumph TR2 TS1 LO.....my position on this is that without TS1, 
there would not have been a TS2....ergo none of our cars. A cause for 
celebration.

Now all we need is for someone to organize this photo op.  At the very least, 
I'd like to provide some additional room around the WPTA/VTR Hospitality Tent 
to display these cars....like on Saturday Night, when it becomes the New 
Coventry Inn with Classic Motorsport's version of an ENGLISH PUB, complete with 
darts and bar. And Beer from Moss.

I am sure that there is an organization or person out there that will step up 
and volunteer for a photo op. This will be the biggest assemblage of Historic 
Triumphs we have had..............until our 2012    60th Anniversary....the 
Brits are coming back for that one.
