The machined flange to which the ring gear mates is now a separate piece.? It broke(sheared)? from the main body :-(

Long shot may be optimistic. I just bought a "parts" TR4 Detroit Locker on 
eBay a few weeks ago for an embarrassing sum. I haven't disassembled it yet 
to see if I got a good or bad deal. Is your case worn in the machined 
surfaces for the carrier bearings? Good luck with the search..

If you find any other spare parts while hunting I am looking for some 
engagement springs.
