   The SCCA vintage rules beyond safety are mostly up to the Region. 
There are several GCRs included in the Vintage GCR. I think they are 
1962, 1967-68, and 1972. I don't have one here but they are very 
interesting. They clear up a lot of speculation about what was allowed 
and when.
   AZ Region is going to start running a Vintage group in our regional 
program this fall. We are starting with Production and Sedan classes 
only. I think the local Vintage guys who are guiding this are taking any 
non flared car for the first event.
