Hi Chuck

Another solution if you need a couple of extra inches ..... my lid is the 
alloy type, but you could do this in steel or indeed let in some fibreglass 
bumps relatively easily. Im 6 ft 3 and this gives me 3 chear inches above my 
helmet.

The bigger issue may be the design of the cage and how close this is to the 
back of your cranium if you have long legs and the seat well back into the 
car. Worth looking at.

Water wings not necessary for circuit use!
