[Fot] Kastner Cup Challenge-Car Eligibility and Awarding of Cup

In the past, SVRA has been very liberal with allowing exceptions for the  
featured marque cars. Cars modified beyond vintage rules would fall into group  
8. As far as the Kastner Cup race goes, it doesn't matter the level of mods. We 
 will have everything from Prewar up. We can't all expect to be competitive  
under that kind of grouping. Let's just do it for the show.
